3' 6-panel fiberglass door
Our man doors are framed in a vinyl coated composite material for a maintenance free, rock-solid secure door including handle and deadbolt.
Clopay overhead doors
As our standard door we use the raised panel T-51s insulated garage doors.
Insulation w/vapor barrier
We include 2" blanket insulation with mylar faced reinforced vapor barrier in the roof and walls. This helps eliminate the "Freezer box" effect in the winter.
29 gauge rolled-rib metal
We only use steel from Rolled Steel Products. Don't be fooled, we all use 29 gauge. it's the yield strength that counts along with their 40yr. coating gaurantee.
5" concrete floor
As our standard, we include the floor unless you request not to. A full 5" of concrete at that, THESE ARE SHOPS not garages or basements
Mobile mix concrete
We use Specialty Mobile Mix for our concrete needs. This saves cost by not paying short load charges or ordering more than you need so you don't run short. We pay for what we use.
